  • Restart the management agents on ESXi hosts:
    Log in to your ESXi host as root via ssh or directly at the console via ALT+F1

    Run this command:

    /sbin/services.sh restart

  • Restart the Hostd on the ESXi host
    Log in to your ESXi host as root via ssh or directly at the console via ALT+F1

    Run this command:

    /etc/init.d/hostd restart
