• MS SQLXML 4.0 SP1 10.0.1600.60
  As you upgrade or install VMware vCenter Confirguration Manager 5.5 you need to use a very specific SQLXML Version. This version is a bit hidden to download.

  The Install guide points out that newer versions should work, but that seems to be not the case.

• SQL Server 2008 R2 Command Line Utilities (SqlCmdLnUtils.msi)
  This file is not hidden as well as the correct MS SQLXML version, but still you need to find a compatible version.
